DIY Subway Chocolate Chip Cookies

Hey Pretty!

Today i decided to share a great recipe with you! I think most of you know the delicious Subway Cookies. I like the ones with chocolate chips the most! If you don't like chocolate or if you want to try something different you may replace the chocolate chips p.g. by butterscotch, chopped nuts or raisins. I don't want to trip a referee so let's start ! :)

The Ingredients

-  2 Sticks ( 250 g ) Butter, room temperature
- 1 1/8 cup ( 250g ) brown sugar
- one dash of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 cups ( 360 g ) flour
- 3 bars of chocolate ( chop them in pieces in the size of chocolate chips ) or chocolate chips

IMPORTANT : Baking Soda and Baking Powder are two DIFFERENT things !

Preperation

- Mix Butter, Sugar, Vanilla Sugar and salt with a mixer for a few minutes
- Add the eggs and mix ahead
- Add flour, baking powder and baking soda and mix until it's a smooth dough
- Put 2/3 of the chocolate in the dough
- Let the dough chill for ca. 2 hours

- Put the dough as bowls ( 2 - 3 zentimeter diameter ) with a spoon on a greased baking plate
- sprinkle them with the remaining choclate
- flat them with a knife back
- bake them at 170 Degrees ( Celsius) or 338 Degrees ( Fahrenheit ) for 12-15 minutes

PLEASE: If you like theese cookies as much as i do please dont eat them 10 minutes after you got them out of the oven. Wait at least 30 minutes if you want them to be super chewy!

IMPORTANT : Bake them until they're light brown ! The longer they're in the oven, the chrunchier they get

My Result

So i just got finished with trying this recipe and i'm so happy ! They're nice and chewy just how i wanted them :) I just had 2 Packages Chocolate Chunks so i think there wasn't enough chocolate. I really hope you liked this post and let me know your experiences with it :)
